New Jersey Residents are required to pay the actual cost of registering the vehicle; this ranges between $135 and $170 depending on the vehicle and if there is a lien on the title. Any overage charged will be refunded after the title work is complete. This price difference is due to the state of NJ raising their prices. NJ Residents are also required to pay 6.625% sales tax at our location at the time of sale. Non-residents are not subject to the NJ sales tax. 8) Title Information: Vehicles titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 30 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. I have a very Nice BMW 750 LI with only 89000 miles on it that I purchased last year in Miami where it had been its whole life Garage keep out of the sun as you can tell by the pictures its in excellent condition. This is very nice color combination of white exterior with beige and black interior and has all the options like heated and cooled seats power sun shields, this car is in very good condition as you can tell by the pictures. New are all front lower control arms and ball joints,water pump,thermostat and serpentine belts. I had the oil cooler and alternator mount oil seals replaced which is a known problem with these cars. Good Tires and brakes car runs and drives great.
